Minor updates On the forum.

So.. I have updated the forum, about it looks better i Can's say. I added some new categories, updated some permissions, and overall it has just become even better.

I will apologize to you all for the delay on the server, Something did go wrong... I will probably get it fixed, before the weekend. And it is going to be a CS:S server if you didn't know.
