How To Catch A Cheater On Video?

Some of you might already know this, but im posting it anyways so that the cheaters can get cought faster then the speed of a .. ban button?

So what u basicly do is that once u have unlocked the console window ( if not the please have a look at my secound post in this place )
Do the following command in the console while on the server in spectate: Record (here u put the name of the record, for example hes name)
Then u hit enter ofc to get the command into the Console. Right after this is done go back to the console and do following command: Status (hit enter)

When u do command: Status, every player with theyr Steam account will appair in the demo so that the moderators can have a look at it and ban correct ppl.
Remember to always stay on the same player since the "record" will only display "your camera" now please make the record as short as possible ( around 1-2min long )

How do i stop the record? f10 closes the game and im not sure if i shouldt use it.
-Simple, do command Stop record in your console to easly stop the record.

Where do i find my recordings?
-That wouldt be in your steam folder usaly placed at: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\"Account name"\counter-strike source\cstrike under the name of what you did in the "Record (random or players name)".

After you have all this and located the file witch usaly is a .DEM file, then simply make a copy and paste it on your desktop. Then go to a site where u can upload files for example to Uploading.com
