How to open the Console Window?

Now this is the easy part ( i wouldt say )

Go into your steam games in the steam program, locate your Counter-Strike: Source game, do a Right click on it with your mouse and pick "Properties"

New window shouldt open and on the first page there there shouldt be a button called: " SET LAUNCH OPTIONS... " Click on it and simply do a: -Console
now click okey and u shouldt be ready to go Close the Css Properties, lunch your game and "Tadaaahh" now that u have your console up you can do loads of commands in the window.
For example make your crossair smaler? do a CL_Crossair 1 to 9999 (most used is 5 to 7 thousen) and it can also be used to add bots or remove them in your own private server.
